GLENN GALLIPOLI – President / Chief Operating Officer

Since he was a kid, Glenn Gallipoli just wanted to know. It’s that insatiable curiosity that’s made him a success. Also, President and owner of 310 Solar Energy, LLC′s cousin business (and roommate), Gallipoli Radiant, Glenn was always fascinated with finding out how things work-and making them work better.

Glenn’s role with 310 Solar Energy, LLC is as our subject matter technical expert and our field superintendant. In the field, Glenn and his crews are taking care of business in a way that will give you confidence and peace of mind. Before you sign a contract with 310 Solar Energy, LLC, we encourage you to come by the warehouse or go see any number of our systems that are up and running. We’re confident that you will find the workmanship, appearance, and technical functionality of each system to be a thing of beauty.

Glenn has been involved in the solar industry since the early 1980s. This experience provided a springboard into engineering and installing hydronic radiant heating systems. Recognized as a national leader in the industry, Glenn’s company has installed literally millions of linear feet of radiant tubing products in homes and businesses of all sizes over the past 20 years. That background and experience in heating and hydronics is a natural fit, especially when it comes to the thermal systems offered by 310.

AGUSTIN DAVID - Vice President / Chief Executive Officer

Agustin David has over 16 years in strategic planning, business development and project development. He served in executive positions for several publicly and privately held corporations in France, Germany, Argentina, Brazil and Chile, including Total Gas and Power. Agustin received his bachelors degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and the University of Vienna, Austria and holds an MBA from The Torcuato Di Tella University in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Agustin is also Adjunct Professor of International Management and Management of Technology at the Anderson School of Management at UNM.

JONATHAN CHAMBLIN – Solar Designer

Jonathan came to 310 Solar Energy, LLC in April 2012 with 10 years of experience working as a project manager and designer for several architecture firms in Santa Fe and Albuquerque.  Jonathan has a Masters in Architecture from UNM and a BA in English from University of Maryland.  As project manager, Jonathan worked on a diverse range of commercial projects, such as the Operations Building at the Buckman Direct Diversion Water Treatment Plant in Santa Fe and the National Historic Register’s Madrid Ballpark Grandstand Restoration.  In addition, Jonathan has been project manager for dozens of residential jobs, ranging from small additions and remodels to the $15,000,000 restoration and new construction at the historic Governor Dempsey Estate in Santa Fe.  As a LEED accredited professional, Jonathan has managed the LEED certification process for the Academy for the Love of Learning and Santa Fe Prep Library and has presented LEED project outlines to County Commissions, boards of directors, and other client groups around NM.  He has also helped several clients claim and protect the solar access rights for their properties.  As Solar Designer at 310, Jonathan will present system design options to clients and help assemble the technical drawings and documents for permit and construction.  Jonathan joined 310 Solar Energy, LLC to contribute to the gradual process of moving society toward a more sustainable energy future.

HALEY PETERSON - Director of Operations

Haley came to 310 Solar Energy, LLC in October, 2010 with an undergraduate degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Calgary, Canada. Haley was eager to get involved in the city’s growing environmental industry. As the Director of Operations Haley is responsible for all internal operations, from scheduling and project management, to purchasing and quality assurance. She can also walk customers through the entire process when designing and purchasing solar for their home or business. Haley’s passion for renewable energies  and green technology shows in her aptitude to become an expert in technical solar design and management.

TONY LANCIONE - Solar Sales Consultant

C. Anthony Lancione – Emerging from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management in 2011 with a BBA in Organizational Leadership, Tony knew he was ready to immerse himself in a new career, and that it would have to be aligned with his values; shaped strongly by the vast amount of knowledge he’d recently acquired through his college experience. A focus on sustainability and a non-compromising code of ethics were perhaps the two most important criteria in his search, which ultimately led him to the 310 Solar Energy, LLC sales team.

DAVE THOMAS - Sales Consultant

Dave Thomas attended the University of New Mexico and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Business Administration. Dave’s sixteen years of experience in project management and sales bring a high level of efficiency and confidence to the 310 Solar Energy, LLC team. He provides customers with the most intelligent, energy-efficient, and dependable solar solutions. Dave builds strong and lasting relationships through his exceptional customer service and trustworthiness. He believes that taking a customer’s needs and translating that to the best economical solution will, in the end, benefit everyone.

AARON CABRAL – PV Installer

Aaron Cabral is a Certified PV Installer by the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) and instructor at the Workforce Training Center in Albuquerque. Aaron designs countless residential and commercial systems, but his most noteworthy example is the 411kW 3rd phase of the Albuquerque Sunport solar carport. He has been in the solar industry since 2006 and has witnessed the industry grow and prices fall. He enjoys teaching his knowledge to others and has helped build the WTC program to achieve “Center of Excellence” recognition. You will eventually see him applying his solar knowledge with brewing to make solar beer, his other passion.
